Important: Your paid subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Section 6 explains the prices, the automatic renewal, and how to cancel online. Section 12 limits our liability to the extent the law allows.
1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and COBAL STUDIOS LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We operate Linalux, available at linalux.app (the "Service").
1.2. These Terms apply to the English-language version of the Service. Linalux is also offered in a Turkish-language version for users in Turkey, which has its own terms.
1.3. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.4. In these Terms:
1.5. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live. If these Terms conflict with those laws, those laws prevail.
2.1. Linalux is a subscription-based digital service. It provides personal insight and interpretation content generated by artificial intelligence, based on the birth details you provide, the text you write, and the photos you upload. Content is delivered instantly online. We do not ship any physical products.
2.2. All Readings on Linalux are generated by artificial intelligence. A human does not write or review them before you see them. Lina AI is an AI chat assistant, not a human advisor. When you chat with Lina AI, you are interacting with an AI system.
2.3. The Service has three tiers:
2.4. Features that ask for photos. Turkish Coffee Reading asks for up to 3 photos of your cup or saucer. Palm Reading asks for a photo of your dominant hand and, if you wish, your other hand (up to 2 photos). These photos are sent to our AI provider, Google, to generate your Reading. Linalux does not store them.
2.5. Features that ask for another person's details. Relationship Chart asks for your partner's date of birth and, if you know it, time of birth. These are stored in your Account together with the relationship type and status you choose. Bonds asks for a family member's, child's, friend's, or partner's birth details. These are not saved and are used only while the page is open. The free bond card is calculated on our server and is not sent to artificial intelligence. If you ask for a deep reading, the details are sent to our AI provider. Section 4.3 applies to both features.
2.6. We may add, change, or remove features.
2.7. Linalux content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and its accuracy is not guaranteed. For health, legal, or financial matters, consult a qualified professional.
2.8. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Two Readings based on the same information may differ. Please do not rely on Readings for important decisions.
3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. When you create an Account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close the Account and delete its information.
3.2. You can sign in with your email address and a password, or with a sign-in link we send to your email address. Setting a password is optional. Keep access to your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email may be able to sign in.
3.3. You are responsible for activity on your Account. Please tell us promptly at support@linalux.app if you believe someone else has accessed it.
3.4. Each Account is for one person. Do not share your Account or create multiple Accounts to obtain additional Stars or introductory offers.
4.1. Readings depend on the information you provide. Please make sure it is accurate.
4.2. Only upload photos of your own palms and your own coffee cup. Do not upload photos of anyone else.
4.3. If a feature allows you to enter another person's birth details, you may do so only if that person knows about it and has given you permission. By entering the details, you confirm that you have this permission.
4.4. Please do not include sensitive information in text you write, such as information about your health, sex life, religious or philosophical beliefs, or political opinions, unless you want it to be part of your Reading. We also ask for your explicit consent once, either on the welcome step or the first time you use Dream Interpretation, Dream Journal, Lina AI, Manifestation, or Ask the Cosmos. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle this information if you choose to include it.
4.5. You must not:
5.1. The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Linalux name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
5.2. Your Content remains yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide and secure the Service for you. This includes sending it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your Account, except for records we must keep by law.
5.3. We do not use Your Content to train artificial intelligence models.
5.4. You may use and share Readings generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.5. If you send us suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.
6.1. We offer the following plans:

6.2. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, such as sales tax or VAT. Any applicable tax is added and shown at checkout before you pay. Your account currency is set when you register and cannot be changed later.
6.3. The introductory offer is not free. You pay the introductory price upfront when you subscribe to a monthly plan. It covers the first 7 days (the "introductory period"). The introductory offer is available once per person (one Account). If you have had a paid Subscription before, you will be charged the full price from the start.
6.4. Automatic renewal. Your Subscription renews automatically.
6.5. How to cancel. You can cancel at any time online, from your account page on linalux.app. You do not need to email or call us. You can also cancel by writing to support@linalux.app.
6.6. When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (the current month, or the current year on the annual plan). You keep access to your plan until then, and we will not charge you again. If you cancel during the introductory period, you will not be charged the monthly price, and your access continues until the 7 days end.
6.7. Before you subscribe, we show you these renewal terms and ask for your affirmative consent. After you subscribe, we send you an email confirmation that includes the renewal terms, the cancellation policy, and how to cancel.
6.8. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach us. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method as described in this Section 6.
6.9. If a payment fails, we may pause your paid features until the payment is completed.
6.10. We may change Subscription prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. A new price applies from your next billing period. You can cancel before it takes effect.
6.11. Linalux is sold only through our website, linalux.app. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available.
6.12. If you live in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Linalux supplies digital content immediately, the checkout screen shows this statement directly above the payment button: "By pressing the button below, you request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply begins." By pressing the payment button, you make that request and give that acknowledgement. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains this in full.
7.1. Stars let you request new AI-generated Readings. One Star equals one new Reading, except in Ask the Cosmos on Linalux Pro (see Section 7.6).
7.2. Subscribers receive a daily Star allowance: 8 Stars per day on Linalux Plus and 20 Stars per day on Linalux Pro.
7.3. Your allowance refreshes every day at 06:00 Europe/Istanbul time (UTC+3), wherever you are. Unused Stars do not carry over to the next day and do not accumulate.
7.4. Members without a Subscription receive one Welcome Star, one time only, after verifying their email address, either with a code we send to it or by signing in with an email link. The Welcome Star can be used for selected Readings; the screen shows where it can be used. It is not renewed and is not given again.
7.5. Some content does not use Stars: the personal Daily Horoscope, the daily moon note, the Manifestation daily card, the Monthly and Yearly Sky Reports, and chatting with Lina AI. Chatting with Lina AI is limited to 25 messages per session.
7.6. Ask the Cosmos. On Linalux Plus, each question uses 1 Star, and you can ask up to 3 questions a day. On Linalux Pro, 1 Star covers 3 questions: the Star is used when you ask the first question of each set of 3. Daily question limits are shown on screen. If you have a Welcome Star, it covers one question. If an answer cannot be generated, the question is not counted and any Star used for it is returned.
7.7. If a Reading cannot be generated because of a technical problem, the Star you used is returned to you automatically.
7.8. Stars are not money. They have no cash value and are not a currency, stored value, or gift card. Stars cannot be bought separately, sold, transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or refunded. They are a limited right to use certain features and expire as described in this Section 7. If you need more Stars, you can move to a plan with a higher daily allowance.
7.9. When your Subscription ends, your daily allowance stops at the end of your paid period. If your Account is deleted or terminated, all Stars are lost.
7.10. We may change the daily allowance or which features use Stars. If a change reduces what your paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
8.1. Linalux content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Content is generated by artificial intelligence and its accuracy is not guaranteed. For health, legal, or financial matters, consult a qualified professional.
8.2. You are responsible for the decisions you make. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.
9.1. We may update, change, or remove features to improve the Service or to comply with the law.
9.2. We work to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or problems with our service providers.
9.3. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice. We will also refund any prepaid Subscription fees for the period after the Service ends.
10.1. You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your Account from your account page. For security, we ask you to confirm your identity just before deletion, for example by signing in again or entering a code we send to your email address. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your Account also cancels your Subscription, and we will not charge you again.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate your Account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if the law requires it. Unless the law prevents us, we will tell you the reason. If we terminate your Account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid Subscription fees for the unused period.
10.3. Sections 5, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 continue to apply after your Account ends.
11.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Service and all Readings are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
11.2. This Section 11 does not affect statutory rights you cannot waive, such as rights that digital content conforms to the contract under EU or UK consumer law.
12.1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
12.2. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
13.1. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Service. This includes entering another person's information without permission.
13.2. This Section 13 does not apply where the law of your country or state does not allow it.
14.1. We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date.
14.2. For material changes, we will notify you by email or within the Service before the changes take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel your Subscription and delete your Account before the changes take effect.
15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15.2. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@linalux.app. We will try in good faith to resolve it informally.
15.3. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be decided by the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. These Terms do not require binding arbitration and do not include a class action waiver.
15.4. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country or state where you live, where your local law gives you that right.
16.1. If you live in the EU/EEA, the UK, or any other country or state that gives consumers rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing in these Terms removes or limits those rights. This includes your right to bring proceedings in your local courts and the protection of the mandatory rules of the law where you live.
17.1. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
17.2. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
17.3. If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it.
17.4. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, as long as your rights are not reduced.
17.5. We communicate with you by email and within the Service. We do not provide telephone support.
